Works but not very well

It's cheap and doesn't have much range. The controls are tight and it takes a lot of pumping to get the cylinder up. It's also quite large for its capacity and range. In my case, mine was broken, leaking oil and was apparently sent back as defective only to be shipped back to me. Really spectacular POOR customer service and logistics from Revain. They actually demanded this order. I sent back the bright red monster.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • No power

Good cheap bottle jack

It works as advertised and is easy to use. Just make sure you finish the adjustment and bleed before using it for the first time. The set is great for the price and serves its purpose. The only problem is that you have to apply some force from above to lower the jack. This is the easiest way. Lowering is not always possible by pulling on the sides. The recoil mechanism should be a little smoother, especially when you twist the trigger all the way out.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Volume

Works perfectly, the handle is in 2 parts so it's compact, but you have to be careful that the pump handle doesn't fall apart when you use it. There is no return spring, so every action is up to you. I used it to replace an HF motorcycle lift that contained seals. Welding went fine, but I noticed that even that "loosened" after holding the bike for about a day. (600lbs) Another annoying thing is the trigger grip. It's at the bottom, small, difficult to reach. hard to turn.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • I don't like it at all, everything is fine

Oil leakage from jacks and accessories

I ordered two of these jacks and one of them leaked oil when I opened it. The box inside was full of oil and oil was literally dripping out of the jack. Tried using a jack and it only extended about three inches. The other connector matches the description and seems to work fine. Return is not worth it due to shipping costs. One of the two is not a good average. I have a working jack of two. I do a lot of mechanical work and DO NOT RECOMMEND these bushings. I've always been happy with Revain…

Pros
  • Build quality
Cons
  • Interchangeability

The EASY way to level your sidewalk! THANK YOU LITTLE JACK!

I think the title says it all but I'll clarify a bit. Suppose you have a sidewalk that has sunk into the ground on one side, resulting in a very rough road. First, BUY IT. 1 for each EDGE patch you wish to lift. Second, dig holes next to the sunken curb and then under. These 2 ton bottle jacks are so small you don't have to dig very deep. Install the jack stands and then lift up the concrete. NOTE: You will leave a gap under the concrete. The best thing to do is buy a couple of bags of cheap…

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Broke on first use!

The first time I had to use this jack, it broke! Once I raised the car with it, and then I realized that I had to adjust it. So I let go of the valve and the card went down. I reinstalled the valve, repositioned the jack and... it doesn't work. No resistance was felt when turning the knob. I've been trying to adjust the valve for about 10 minutes, assuming I'm doing something wrong (although this is certainly not the first time I've used a bottle jack). But couldn't get it to work. I ended up…

Pros
  • Has a 7-1/8" to 13-5/8" lift range and 2 ton (4000 lb) lift capacity; Adjustable screw-lock extension increases versatility
Cons
  • weak

Worthy for the price.

I think it was a worthwhile purchase. I returned this item as I am disabled and thought it would be too difficult if I had an apartment and wanted to try and lift the car off the curb. I'm trying to get something simpler than the scissor jacks that come with the cars as I have a Honda CRV and there's no way I can use the scissor jack on my own. I can use AAA, but we are out in the mountains a lot and just taking precautions, "you never know" so to speak. There isn't much room under my car to…

Pros
  • Hydraulic bottle jack for domestic and commercial use; Notched, heat-treated seat provides more buoyancy and a secure fit
Cons
  • Not bad

Terrible product; Don't waste your time

I bought this because it seemed light, easy to carry, valuable etc (I even bought 2, one for my wife). First, he can't lift a (small) car high enough to put a stand underneath. stands up to the lift, almost too damn high to fit under the car! - I even have a smaller jack! Normal 4-door car, not a low-driver. I did all the cleaning and testing before trying to use it, FYI. Ok finally tried to use it; Seeing that it would never raise the car high enough for the jacks to drop (1-2 inches), I tried

Pros
  • Meets ASME PASE safety standards and includes a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty
Cons
  • The list goes on.
