Not safe. Do not buy. The vibration is terrible and the shaft is bent! My router got damaged and I had to order a replacement motherboard! My purchase was a big mistake and could lead to an accident. You get what you pay for, true again. These are poor quality Chinese instruments. Buy a brand you know and/or buy American made beats. If you buy anyway, you've been warned. I have attached photos.
