If you're ordering a 12x12, plan on just over 11x11 made of perfectly square stock with perfectly even edges. What can I say, great thing. One star deducted for lack of packaging. There have been many complaints about damage in transit. Mine came as part of a larger order so it was in the box with other items. For some reason, the shipper doesn't use bubble wrap or even brown paper. I was willing to return mine if damaged but it arrived in good condition. I would say order if the size suits you and be ready to send it back for a replacement if it arrives damaged. Prime Shipping gives us at least this certainty.
