When I tried the full body massage mat for the first time, I noticed that it didn't get hot. So I called Belmint customer service and only got a recorded message. This seemed unusual as customer service representatives routinely stop work. if they cannot reply immediately. But I was offered to leave a message, which I did. That was almost two weeks ago and they still haven't called back. I call a second time about five days after the first call - no answer, same message. This call is also not answered. I also emailed their customer support address but again no response. I like the mat but no heat, it's not as advertised and Belmint doesn't seem interested in addressing my concerns. For future prospects, unless you are 100% sure that what you are purchasing requires no further action, I would not risk purchasing their products. This company doesn't value their customers at all.
