First, they were packaged very poorly. It doesn't really bother me that they were previously owned, clearly used and then returned because it's not like they're hygiene products. But seriously, they were just slipped back into the damaged old packaging and the plastic sleeve was just stapled together in random places. And as if that wasn't enough, they were covered in grease and dirt all over! I took them out of the box to inspect them and my hands were covered in what honestly looked like car grease, but I don't know what it was. Also, the "needle nose pliers" looked like they weren't centered properly because one side of the pliers was twice as thick as the other and had such a blunt end, I have no idea how it could have worked. I don't know how all of these items worked because after looking closely at them and realizing there was some kind of tarry grease and dirt, I got angry, threw them in the trash and went to wash my hands. They were cheap and not heavy, they were intended for jewelry making so that's fine, but obviously someone bought them thinking they were legitimate tools? I had to take a picture because I've never had a similar experience shopping on Amazon. I'm more than disappointed. There's absolutely nothing wrong with reselling things if someone returns them, but for goodness sake at least have someone make sure they're presentable in both packaging and functionality! I could live with someone accidentally stapling the package together, but the condition of the tools themselves just got out of hand.
