I like that it is easy to use, has many features for any business needs such as accounting/bookkeeping etc., customer service management (CSM), hotel reservation system with multiple languages support & currency options available in all countries of world! There are some minor issues regarding data entry but they have been resolved since last few years by their team members so no worries there!! Highly recommended if you want an online software which can be used globally without much hassle or cost involved at least till now i am not aware about future plans from them side!
