I've had a few issues, a few of which are still being resolved via email by customer support and they have responded within 24 hours on business days. I'm waiting to write my full review until my last two issues are resolved, now April 13th. I will also add photos. First, I have a 2012 Fiat 500 Pop. I had a few installation issues/complications just because of my car and it happened with every other stereo as well. I will say if you are on a budget which means you can't afford to buy one of the top shelf brands this is the perfect head unit for a factory upgrade! It works as described and does everything it says. The screen is motorized and tilt-adjustable. And a big plus for me was that it actually has a built-in CD/DVD drive, while most of the others I looked at didn't have any at all. get in my car.
