Review on Renogy Voyager 20A Waterproof Solar Charge Controller | 20 Amp | 12/24V Auto by Demetrius Young

Bought Jan 6th stopped working on March 7th. Sent to Renogy for evaluation same week. I had to call them to get the results of the evaluation. They said defective and sent another one. It lasted less than a month. sent back. It arrived on May 5th and I haven't heard from them, it is now May 28th. I know things are slow due to the pandemic but that seems a bit of an exaggeration. I want my solar system to work. It would probably be better if they only refunded me for the controller. Email sent, no reply. I called - the phone hasn't worked for a few weeks. Bad society. Update 7/1/2020 - 3 weeks ago I was finally informed that I would be getting a refund as the device was defective. There is no return yet.
