The ability to have more than one interface open at once - that's great!The capability for us non IT people (such as myself)to quickly jump into an app without having any training required has been key. I wish it was easier when viewing older data files but this isn't really much different from other products we are using now anyways so not too concerned about it yet. We were able to go live pretty easily after getting used to our new tool because before switching everyone could only look over 1 application/network per day max due to time constraints during normal business hours etc. Now they can view applications across multiple networks simultaneously throughout US Eastern Standard Time each workday. It's very easy to use, once you get used to it. The interface could be more user friendly (it took me some time before I realized how to do things). Also, there are not many ways/tools for visualizing data such as graphs and charts. You can only visualize your own custom ones using Excel. Try to get experience if possible. We started this project because we needed something that would help us see our traffic flow.
