I like how easy it is for my team members at home base (which are scattered around US) as well as our customers who have us remotely support them via phone or chat with their own employees when needed! There's nothing i dislike but everything has its pros/cons so be sure your business needs fit best before jumping right away!! It helps me keep track of all customer service requests which allows everyone working together to take care better than ever by being able to see what each other does while also communicating effectively across time zones through video calls where required.
