Review on Renewed Logitech MX ERGO Advanced Wireless Trackball for Windows PC and Mac by Daniel Drury

Ordered this item a long time ago and am very satisfied. The original item I ordered came packaged in a box that looked like new and included a rubberized stand that increases the angle of the mouse over the metal stand itself. However, I recently attempted to back-order this product for a second office. The first mouse arrived in a clearly opened box. It was clear that this mouse has not been updated so much since after some return it was immediately returned in a package already opened. It also didn't include the stand that my first mouse had, and most importantly it makes the mouse so ergonomic for me. I returned this item thinking it was an accident and they sent me a replacement. Again, I received the item in a package that was visibly opened and was just mailed to me after someone sent it back. With a refurbished product, I expected it to be refurbished and not used. It also didn't include the kickstand that makes this mouse work so well for me. As it stands I cannot recommend buying this mouse in this way. It's a shame because the mouse itself is fantastic. Find another way to purchase this particular item.
