I bought this product and ended up returning it due to the extremely poor sound quality. According to the product description, it is suitable for web conferences. But when I've had several meetings, my colleagues can't hear me very well. They don't have noise cancellation. According to the operating instructions, the light ring does not change color visibly. But I know it's on because it affects my voice. I checked the poor audio quality in Win10 voice recorder app and tried to adjust mic volume and output volume but the audio quality is terrible. this and spent another 10-20 dollars to buy a better microphone.
