Review on πŸ‘ž Improved SEO-Friendly Version of Mad Rock Remora Climbing Shoe by Chris Dildine

Really good mid-range shoe, just watch out for the size

The Mad Rock Remora is a really good, high-performance shoe for advanced climbers. There are many positive reviews of these shoes online so I don't need to worry too much. However, you should pay attention to the size when ordering. My last shoe was the La Sportive TarantuLace, very comfortable and suitable for beginners. People commented that La Sportiva TarantuLace fits plus sizes. So I ordered a size 7 for TarantuLace and they fit really well. So when I ordered the Mad Rock Remora and also saw people commenting that the Remora fits better, I also ordered a size 7 for the Remora. When I received the Remora they were about 1 full size smaller than La Sportiva TarantuLace even though they were both size 7! Remora was the same size as TarantuLace and was too small. Although I could flex and tighten my legs, the pain was unbearable. So I'll have to return the Remora and maybe order a half size up for a snug and aggressive fit.

Pros
  • Upper: SynFlex
Cons
  • Some little things
