Slightly disappointed after trying this product. I've been taking pre-workout supplements for a few years and I'm looking for that extra pump before I start, but nothing here. There was no rush, no niacin high when you get goosebumps and feel your hair growing (why take it before a workout when you can't get that high!) Plus it's very difficult to mix. I chewed most of the powder as it didn't dissolve well in water and left most of the sediment on the shaker cup. 4 of them are gone as I had to switch back to LIT AF for that pre-workout "boost".
