The AI engine is a great way to find content that is relevant to users' needs without having to expend much time or effort doing so. We have also seen some improvements in the accuracy of the results it presents, which has really helped us keep our information center up-to-date as well as improve user experience. There are several features we like about this tool but I must say the best part for me was the customization feature. It allows you to easily create multiple profiles with different settings to cater to various customer types! Very useful when the team size grows. This helps us manage all the social media accounts at one place.
