Works on my 2019 Hyundai Kona
This makes it easier to remove the filter rather than using another device that wraps around and tightens. I had to use a makeshift key extension for my Kona as mine is short. Be careful when you put it on the filter and make sure everything is even. I accidentally placed the device at an angle to the filter and it was difficult to remove.
