I like how easy it is to use, with very little training needed. It's also flexible, allowing us to customize it to our needs. So far, we've had success using it for all of the tasks at hand related to IT support, including server management, network management, and configuration management. And, as an added bonus, it comes with a free version so you can test drive it! SmartCH has helped us improve operations and efficiency across multiple departments within our organization (including sales, IT, finance, and project management).
