Nice watch, love it but have some quality issues

So I really like this watch and get a lot of compliments on the style. I've had it for a year now and mostly wear it with a blue NATO strap which I got separately. It's still strong and probably worth the price, but I'd like to name 3 issues I had: - The back fell off a couple of times. This happens when I drop it and it's hard to put the back back on. You have to apply an even amount of pressure, which basically means you have to take it to a watch repair shop. I think this has only happened to me 3 times. Maybe I just need to be less clumsy, but the strap is easy to slip out of your fingers while you put it on. - The chronograph hands do not reset to the correct position. It's a little hard to explain but you can see it in my photo. When you reset the timer, the large second hand and the small hands in the upper left and upper right circles should point straight up to zero. Mine did this when the watch first arrived, but eventually all three failed. Now the second hand starts at -4 seconds, then the second hand starts at +0.05 seconds and the minute hand starts at -4 minutes. This means that every time you use it, you have to do some math to add the minutes, which should reset to zero at the beginning. - And the glowing indiglow lamp stopped working a few months ago. Despite these issues, I still wear and enjoy the watch, but I have to give it a few stars. Would probably give 3.5 stars if that was an option.
