Large size accomodates lots of pills.
Good capacity for someone who takes a large number of pills at various times during the day. Sections for individual days are removable so there is no need to carry the whole thing when you go out for the day. My only complaint was that the clear outer plastic case got a crack in it relatively soon after we started using it, but this was when it fell from the top of the refridgerator. With normal handling it should be fine.
