Review on Under Armour Men's ColdGear 4.0 Base Leggings by Brian Cruz

I have owned a pair of Base1.0, Base2.0 and Base3.0 and wore them accordingly in certain temperature ranges and was very satisfied with each one. So you can imagine my disappointment when I finally got the chance to test them last weekend when the outside temperature in our area finally dropped below 0C (that's the range where Base3.0 starts to fade and sufficient heat retention offers, especially in light winds) and found that my old pair of Base3.0 actually retained visibly more heat/kept my feet warmer. than this new Base4.0 pair; even with little wind! I'm not sure if this was intentional if they were meant to be part of another UA line of apps, but I wasn't very happy that this pair didn't live up to my expectations. Now I have a feeling if I need this pair as I already have all 3 pairs in the Base1.0-Base3.0 spectrum which already provide the heat storage range that this pair provides.
