Review on Belle Poque Petticoats Underskirt Wedding Women's Clothing for Skirts by Dhoal Olson

This petticoat was too long for my 5ft 2in height. It fell well below my knees even when worn around the waist. For the price you would expect, but the feet are well padded so it doesn't itch at all. It's VERY fluffy but as some reviews say I think it settles down a bit after wearing it for a while. I'll never know because I had to send it back because it was too long (note: there's a pretty ribbon sewn into the hem, so I probably wouldn't want to just cut it off and use that ribbon to shorten it).
