Review on ✂️ Dorco Prime Platinum STP-301 Double Edge Blades: Double Coated, Extra Sharp, 100 Blades - Minimize Irritation by Donald Marin

This was a great purchase for me. I've long been a fan of the Astra Superior Platinum blades, very sharp, fairly smooth blades that don't irritate at all and lasted me 3 shaves. I am comparing them to these because they are very similar in price and perform the same. I've also tried them on other people and compared them to the Astra SP, which piqued my interest. I would say these blades are very similar in sharpness, maybe even a little sharper than the Astra Platinum. However, where they really shine is that they are noticeably smoother for me. I was able to do 3 passes and a few touch ups without razor burn. I can do 3 passes with Astra Blades, but I have to be very careful not to overdo it or I'll burn myself. I know they cost a few bucks more for a 100 pack, but to me they're worth every penny. more because they work better. Also, I shave 4-5 times with one of these blades so they last a tad longer and make up for the extra $2. I'm really not complaining about the $0.02 difference per blade. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and going to the blade now. I've never tried other Dorco blades so I'm not sure how they fare. Another nice perk of these blades is that there are no glue dots on the wax paper sleeve and they come in plastic folds. Pack of 10 with integrated blade disposal tray. Glue won't get on my razor anymore. I think if you like the Astra SP you should try these and you'll probably find that you like them a little better, as is usual with Ymmv razor blades.
