Review on 💡 Sunbeam Advanced 7-Outlet Power Strip Surge Protector by Kenny Rossi

The instructions state that a minimum of 15W must be connected to the 'master' socket to control the 'master' sockets. I plugged in a 30 watt tuner/amplifier and it just doesn't work. .Tried several other devices with the same result. Eventually I desperately hooked up my coffee maker (800w) to it and it really worked. Devices? No thank you! Called customer support who repeatedly said they had a high volume of calls whether it was an email or a click through to their website. I went to the website, filled in the search box with the exact name of the product and you are on the .light bulbs page! I am returning this and will skip the Sunbeam and L'image Home products.
