The bag was sold by 6pm and came with no Frye Leather hang tag on the strap hardware nor did it have a dust bag with it. There was some dirt and lint inside as if it had been used. A drip of something white on the leather that scraped off with a little effort. but still. I was very disappointed with these details. However it was the very last bag available in the black with antique bronze hardware so exchanging isn’t an option. So I’m keeping it I think - but there is no excuse for it to be missing it’s dustbag and logo hang tag. These bags are expensive and I expect them to feel new and worth the money. The bag design and appearance is beautiful, the leather is soft. The interior is black canvas and it’s like an abyss since my wallet, cosmetic bag and sunglasses case are all black. Good thing I can feel my way to what I need.
