Some waffle makers do not get hot enough, resulting in steamed waffles that take forever to cook. This machine heats up quickly, cooks quickly, and makes big, crispy waffles. You can also fully trust the indicator lights. When it's done, it's done. The non-stick coating is also very good. You don't need a bunch of nonstick sprays. I love this car very much. Fairly easy to clean by wiping wet or dry batter right off the surfaces. The overflow bowl at the bottom could probably be a bit bigger, as the batter can still drip onto the worktop. I put kitchen paper under every cleaning.
