Has nothing to do with this seller let alone the manufacturer of the goods. This item is of very poor quality and breaks down within a few months. Over the last few years I've spent more on replacement than the total cost of the filter, it's like cheap printer ink in comparison. I think I will soon switch to eheim filters. When I first got two of these BrandNew Fluval filters the impeller cap that came with them lasted over a year, now I'll be lucky if I get one of these that lasts 3 months. the appearance of the impeller cover has changed and you can tell that the materials used are different
