I like that this system is easy to navigate, it was simple for our staff members who were new at using an online learning platform as well as those with more experience in training programs or other systems such as Adobe Captivator etc., Our employees love being able use their own devices (laptops) instead of having to go back into corporate computer labs which can be rather slow depending how busy they are during certain times throughout the day/weekend days). The only thing we don't really care too much about right now but will likely come up down the road when needing additional features - maybe not needed yet though! We didn’t have any issues while implementing SML within my department so far; however there may need to be some customization done initially by your team if you want things set out exactly according what each person needs to do daily.
