Used the locks on holiday abroad in October 2017 and they worked great. No problem, used them again in October 2018 on another trip abroad and they worked great again. I used them for a third trip abroad in January 2019 and that's where the annoyance came in. On our way back I couldn't lock my only padlock. The shank didn't go into the lock so my luggage was loose. I also couldn't reset the combo when we got home. In March of this year I wrote to Kolumbo (via Revain) about a possible lock replacement rather than a refund. Revane assured me I would hear from them and that there was nothing more to be done. Well Colombo blew my mind completely - no response from them. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the lock to work more than 3 times. The second lock I bought at the same time still works fine. The lock received a 5-star rating during the work. I give Kolumbo 1 star for the poor customer service response to the buyer's dilemma.
