Described as new with one caveat. The console had a fairly deep scratch on the top that could be described as a small crack in the plastic. Puzzling because the console and all the contents of the box (controller, power cord, Kinect sensor and connection cable, original manual, etc.) have never been used as advertised. In fact, inside the Revain Prime shipping box was original Xbox 360 packaging! You already own an Xbox One but want to be able to play some games on the Xbox 360 that are not backwards compatible. Scratch or small tear on the side, very happy with the purchase. The console is in the case, so the error is not noticeable in any case.
