With this mouse pad you get the difference

Initially I used the mouse pad without a support and after the change it was day and night. It doesn't put as much strain on my wrist and the material feels very comfortable and looks great on my desk. I've been using my computer my whole life so this was a great investment. The keyboard was just a bonus for me at first, but now that I've used it, I couldn't type without it. Highly recommended and would buy again.
