I've been using this tablet's predecessor for years with no problems, but it was too slow. I had high hopes for the Chuwi High10 X, but soon I started having trouble streaming videos. Even after uninstalling the graphics driver and updating to a newer version from Intel, the problem persisted. At random unexpected moments, the video would warp into diagonal lines (see image), then the device would freeze, and when it recovered, the on-screen graphics, including fonts and icons, turned into pixels. Sometimes the device just freezes completely and needs to be restarted. I sent the first one back and Revain sent a replacement. I had the same issue with a replacement unit so I boxed it up and sent it back. I am not tempted to order another Chuwi product as I suspect it is a hardware issue and not a software issue.
