We have the bin they were designed for and they fit perfectly. Well that's great too. We tend to overfill the bin a bit before taking it out and they don't care. There is *no* additional space in any dimension. So we keep using garbage bags that don't fit in the bucket to store the garbage. But these bags are very beautiful and thicker than other trash bags. And I've found that they're even better for bathroom trash cans. They still fit snugly, but because they're larger than a bucket, they leave the extra space we need, and they go well with the size and clutter of bathroom trash.
