Nice hook but not entirely aluminum

This is a very nice hook and quite ergonomic. My only issue is that it doesn't look like aluminum on top, it looks like brushed nickel painted plastic and I thought the grip would be a smoother plastic. Silicone is nice to the touch, but when knitting, it breaks the yarn. So I was hoping this would finally end my search for a good hook with a really "smooth plastic" handle, but the search continues.

Do not like it. The hook is took big for the loops. It is not very smooth.
