Bought to rack mount my Apple Xserve in early 2008 which had internal rails but hard to find real external rails. This may be a temporary fix as I've read that Dell Ready Rails might also work but haven't looked for it. So far so good with the bracket. Pretty simple, just 4 screws per side and adaptable to your rack. Then 4 pieces each for the grate. Some things I didn't really like: The box wasn't sealed very well, so someone could just take it and I'd end up with an empty box or something. I've also attached pictures, the backs appear to be bent but still work. All in all a great 1U rack solution for servers!
