This is the second time I have experienced a poor fit on a Moog gimbal. I bought them for a 1999 Ford F-150. They installed as usual, but then the locking rings didn't go in easily. They had so little room for the ring grooves that I assumed I had knocked out the needle bearing in the cap. I pushed the connection back and checked but all the bearings were fine. Caps are too tight. Retaining rings on Moog parts are always too tight. If the rings break off after a week, I'll definitely buy a Spicer next time.
