I've just opened it and haven't tested it yet. I will change the rating if I find it doesn't hold up well or performs poorly on the beach. However, when received it was well packaged and so simple that it just opened by itself. It's a good size and would be perfect for my baby's first year to at least serve as a good place to sleep when he's a bit older. I love all the ways you can roll up the sides to have all the mesh or leave them out for more sun protection. I know people have written that it's impossible to fold it back, but I watched the YouTube video he suggested 2 times and was able to easily fold it down to the size it was before and put it back in the carrying case !
