The power adapter that came with the monitor did not work. I tried what I had and it worked, but I returned the monitor. Based on the feedback, I decided not to risk my fate as something was already wrong. UPDATE 7/6: I just got an email from roadomservice@163.com saying "Jessica” from ROADOM support would like to send me a new monitor for free and $50 for my problems. She wanted my address and PayPal account. Of course it's a scam and it's a problem because they put a link to this review and received my email.
