My backup hard drive stopped working and I was concerned. Hoped it was the AC adapter, as the Seagate HD has had limited use. They showed the exact model # so I gave one a try. Up and running again! One of the included extra fittings was needed. All good as far as I’m concerned; well made product and good service.
