Review on 🔆 Sylvania 827 18 Fluorescent Replacement: An Effective Upgrade by Amber Westbrooks

There is a difference between 13W and 18W (and not just in wattage!). They are not interchangeable. There are small protrusions that are positioned differently so the 18W plug doesn't fit into the 13W plug. The 13W tabs are in the middle of the platform. 18W is not in the middle, so you can't insert it. There is no mention of this in the instructions. Also, this item is non-refundable. If there is something in the product description somewhere, then I couldn't find it. I've been shopping with Revain since 1998 and this is the first time I've been unable to return an item.
