If you're contemplating about purchasing this gadget, you should know that you won't be able to find any replacement parts for it. I placed an order for replacement filters for the device on the Dyson website on May 12. After being given various excuses (a transport company, etc.) for the past month, the filters have still not arrived (from Hong Kong to Hong Kong). So far they've merely told me that there aren't any filters like that available. The service must be excellent to justify charging so much for a fan's company. Having dealt with the company's 2022 representative office, I can say that they are uninterested in fulfilling their customers' needs. C-service
