The quality was generally satisfied, there were minor shortcomings.

Switched to these after wf-1000xm3 (which are in-ear) and was very annoyed. In a small variation of the headphones, the transparency mode does its job, the noise reduction is better (not counting the windy weather; the big ones do better in the wind) and I personally liked the sound. Here the sound is simply neutral, for this money you won’t praise it, you won’t criticize it. In small ones, the sound evoked emotions (both positive and negative), and for this I fell in love with them. This product, in turn, hinted to me that it’s time to abandon Sony headphones, as their full-size variations do not inspire confidence in build quality that the vaunted noise reduction technology is not worth the money, as it loses their small version (albeit for obvious reasons).

But most of all it's a shame for extraneous sounds when walking.

Pros

Pleasant enough sound: neither give nor take, they just sound good. Complete set: the case was extremely pleased with the performance. Ease of wearing: when worn, they sit extremely pleasantly on the head (I wear it periodically for 5-6 hours, discomfort began a couple of times, but it was enough to fix the ear pads). When you shoot around your neck, you get a very large "collar", but such is the price of comfort. Microphone: Of all the wireless headphones I've owned, only these have (so far) not been in a situation in which the interlocutor would complain about the sound. Correctly working touch control: occasionally you accidentally switch tracks when you take off the headphones, but while wearing it, everything is okay.

Cons

It seems to have caught a marriage and at a temperature close to zero in the left ear it clicks very loudly. The technical support was notified that "Everything is as it should be due to changes in size with temperature." Thanks, Cap. Considering that no one writes about this in the reviews, I’ll assume that something is still wrong, since it’s impossible to comfortably use headphones in winter. The "Start / Stop" works crookedly when removing / putting on the headphones, because it relies only on the proximity sensor, it seems. The transparency mode is absolutely disgusting. To save time, these headphones are just better to remove when you approach the checkout (the only scenario where transparency would be useful) to hear what you are saying.
