I recently purchased the bundle of 12 lights and installed them in my backyard. During "installation", I noticed that one of the lights was on right out of the package. The lights had a full 7 hours to charge and that night the lights were bright and lit up my yard beautifully. However, I did see that a few of them did not go on. The next day was equally as sunny and yet the same few lights did not go on the following night either. I contacted customer service for Solpex and within a few hours received a courteous, helpful reply. After a few email exchanges with Lexie, my issue was resolved. The lights are a terrific addition to our yard, and the company that sells them is totally behind their customers!
