Let's get the elephant out of the room: This chair is priced at $779 + tax. Opinion. I tend to start reviews with the highest praise or the biggest complaint as the asking price is by far the main reason I will not buy this chair again. The packaging was also of poor quality. The box was very badly dented and looked like a regular brand chair box, no durability, no flashy branding which would mean this chair is worth over $800 (taxes included). a chair I put together and it's a VERY welcome change. The chair is 2 parts, top and bottom, no wheels, no screws, nothing. You find a hole, insert the floor and boom, you sit in your new chair. This is a VERY comfortable office chair. I've sat in it every day since I got it and I have to admit it's probably the most comfortable office chair I've ever had. It offers support and a good level of customization to your body, from seat depth to armrest. The seat feels like thick padding of memory foam, but it doesn't seem like it will stay compressed over time like memory foam does. I can't predict the future, but I'm pretty good at analyzing how the material will react over time. .The back support is excellent, comfortable and roomy. I wish they had a headrest and a tilt lock for different positions (just toggles between locked - you still get some bounce from the net) and open which you can basically recline, but the tension can't be adjusted so it might as well be light or too tight depending on who you are. Overall this is a good chair, just not the best for the asking price. Excessive amount of plastic parts (although there appears to be a metal frame underneath), lack of chair customization, lack of headrest make what could have been outstanding just 'good' and for this price point I was fighting between 3 and 4 stars It was $500 I would give it 4 but for $800 or more I can only give 3 stars.
