I bought this microphone for a field camera because I knew exactly what it was and that I was going to get great audio and video. With what can I use the driver to use it as a webcam/microphone. And it worked exactly as expected, EXACTLY 1 YEAR. This month has been 1 year since I received the Q8 and I intended to use it for my final exams but the day I started recording the Q8 just died. I sent an email to support that said "don't email anyone else, we don't care" (rather than politely forwarding to someone who might be able to fix the issue), but the support People in the second email don't seem interested. or do something. You seem to have been interested in troubleshooting Zoom (meeting software), although this has nothing to do with Zoom or the software. Windows no longer recognizes the device at all, which means it's either the hardware or the drivers. Too bad because I have the original Q3, old as the world but still working. It doesn't work for the purpose I was using the Q8 for so I bought the Q8. But I foolishly thought it would take a while. I gave 2 stars for the really great 1 year I got from the device. It's really too expensive if you can only expect one year from it. zero support.
