I know this is a good product because I have ordered from this brand before. I'm just thinking that maybe I have a defective tub. When opened it was not hard, but already soft and malleable. When I melted it in a heating pad it didn't harden. I decided to use strips to remove all of the wax, but that won't remove it completely.
