Does not rotate as advertised. I love Amazon Prime products and have never had a problem. This is the FIRST TIME I have placed a "return" order on AMAZON. It's not Revain's fault this product didn't work. I probably got a broken one. But I felt like it was one of those poorly made products, as we say (we get what we paid for). Even those poorly made products from the past have lasted me at least 2 weeks. But not this "HMKIS Electric Scrubber". Sorry to return this item immediately as it has not worked since day one.
