Fits my ballet flats
I have a heel spur in the same foot that I also deal with Achilles tendinitis. I ordered these specifically for the heel cup for my spur and the little extra ‘lift’ they offer for my Achilles. Being the first heel cups I have ever tried, I have no comparison, however, they do increase the comfort for my heel and ankle. What I really like about these is that they fit in my ballet flats where most inserts don’t. I wish the adhesión to my shoe was just a little better, sometimes I have to take my shoe off and readjust the insert. Overall, pleased with the product.
