Review on Futura Retail by Mark Patterson

I like that we have inventory visibility at our fingertips through this system! The user interface is simple to navigate for both techs and non-techs. There are some things I dislike about it such as limited customization options in reports (e.g., color changes). It would be nice if they could fix these issues. We use it mainly for tracking returns/refunds but also used to track open items and reorder point to minimize spoilage of goods. This has helped us greatly by being able to see exactly what parts of our store need replenishing when supplies get low or out.
