I used this bit to cut 1/8" T-6061 aluminum plate on my CNC machine. Works perfectly! I have already cut several hundred meters and the bit shows no signs of wear. I dry cut at 12,000 rpm and 24 in/min, depth of cut 0.02 in. or so, use cold air to cool the drill bit and clear chips and get a good finish. These are fairly conservative settings - you could probably cut faster/deeper, but again it's not a very big chunk.
