Review on ⚡ 30 Amp Round Electric Cable Hatch in White by JR Products (Model: S-23-10-A) by John Destruction

We have an old Jayco RV that the old hatch was broken and the cover came off. It's only rated for 120v and 15 amps so I figured it would be the perfect replacement. Installation was pretty easy and it fit in the hole just as snugly as the original. The problem only appeared after I routed the power cord. Even when the power cord is fully stowed in a pocket, it actually has a connector section that snaps onto flexible tabs on the back. but the pins still press lightly on the door, so you have to force it to close all the way and engage the latches. And sometimes, while driving, these latches spring open and the door slams in the wind. Luckily, you don't have to worry about the cable coming out, as the connector snaps onto those flexible tabs on the back. But that's not the best solution for our little trailer.
